Performing arts or fine arts is a course that offers an undergraduate degree. These courses are basically for the duration of 5-years or some for just 3-years. These courses are for those who hold an interest in a particular field. After completing performing arts course in theater and television, you can become a director, an anchor, a sound editor, a cinematographer, a video editor, a graphic designer, a multimedia artist, an animator, a voice-over artist, an actor, etc. in the private sector. Gov sector also provides job opportunity to graduates with fine arts. As a fine arts/ performing arts graduate, you can become a teacher in a government school or colleges, you may join channels like DD News, Regional DD channels, Lok Sabha channel, Rajya Sabha Channel, Prasar Bharti and Aakashwani, designing of different logos and animations for gov. sector, become a director and other officers in different public sector organisations.

Capitation Fee- This is basically the extra illegal fee that most commonly technical and medical colleges (as these are the most sought after careers) take from the students in return for an admission in the college. Mostly, this practice is done in the colleges that hold a large number of seats under management quota or the ones that are not very renowned nor are they absolutely down grade colleges. The top colleges do not have this practice, and if at all the practice is prevalent, then it is not in large scale, because all the admissions have to be justified with the National level entrance exams and only scoring students can get seats. But, in colleges where admissions takes place on the basis of internal entrance exams or just the class 12th percentages, there it is quite common to the students to face this extra fee. Although, it is illegal, a lot of students tend to pay this amount, as they are very eager to get the degree and pursue a career. It is always a better approach to prepare well rather than relying on admission based on capitation fee.

Out of the given two options, my preference would be to go for Ansals University for Masters in architecture. This is really good in comparison to Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. Apart from the academics, the college provides a bit more which is very valuable for the students to get placed and rejuvenate him/her. It has a 'YES' Center for the International Award for Young People. Also, it is in close proximity of major malls in Gurgaon. The best and amazing thing is compulsory soft skills Training spread over all semesters by international and domestic trainers. In the architecture field, apart from the regular practice sessions for practical research, there is also some additional Certifications through global trainers during the course of study industry focused contemporary curriculum with multiple specialisations.
