HI,You have background MCA or programming related,then you doing any specialization in any language.Mostly company are required short term and long term and also main required specialization in any course.At a time in company have much better scope in IT field and also demanded mostly language such that:Java,PHP&MYSQL,Dot Net,ASP.Net,VB,Vb.net etc and in database Oracle,SQL 2000,2003,2008 and also MYSQL.SO if you are very hard worker ,then you doing java is best and very high demanded from every language.java is independent platform language.In this field have much better package,but job is less.Because Java are very hard from another language.Now see PHP & MYSQL is also very demanded.It is in few year ago growth on market or company.But it is also very popular language for every thing doing from this language.Dot net is also best for make career.Asp.net is also best,but at a time it is value down in market or company ,so it is not prefect for further.I m say that you doing PHP&MYSQL/Java/DO net is best,either no doing any thing.Now see database,at a time few most use full database such that Oracle,SQL 2000,2003,2008 etc.At a time you doing specialization in Oracle is very deamdned in every company.And also SQL is also best,but
