No. From my views, it is not. its very simple to say so as any institute or a college or any university registered in India will have its website's sufix as .ac.in or .edu or nic.in etc and this can be done only and only by having government's permission. moreover this institute says that it is running since 1989, and i see that the Official State website was updated in 2009. So ultimately it should have the name of NTI. but it is not seen there. SO DONT TAKE RISK WHEN IT IS THE QUESTION OF YOUR CAREER. and select an approved institute. NO to NTI from my side. This is totally my personal perception.

Study will be more helpful. You one day will have to have a job in your hand even if leave the nearest job opportunity, but you may perhaps not get a chance to study. the day you start earning, your financial responsibilities will increase and it wont be possible for you to leave your job and do studies again. just think again.This is completely my perception.
