As you have completed 12th, it would be advisable for you to complete your graduation first , without a graduate degree it would not be possible for you to pursue MBA.
In order to pursue MBA from India, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 50% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree form recognized university.
Plus you need to appear in various management entrance tests like: CAT, MAT,XAT etc.
