Hi Inzamam, for entry into UG courses at univ of manchester an applicant should have a minimum of 85% and for PG courses the minimum requirement is 65% but no guarantees. The higher percentage you have the better chances of admission.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses and 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

As Finance is one of the most popular specialization in MBA, most ofthe good Institutes do give this specialization. Few of the good ones in Delhi are: FMS, MDI, IMT, Fore School of Management. Few of the others could be IILM, Amity, etc. You can also opt for MFC programme through Delhi University. CFA through CFA Institute is another good option if you want to get into investment banking. Congrats you have a decent CAT score to qualify for the best institutions for PGDM/MBA. As for marketing and Finance, I would say that Indian economy is growing and both of them being the core sectors, they will create almost equal opportunitites for graduates of MBA in future.
For deciding the best college for marketing you should always try to visit the college to see and rate the college on the following criterion.
1. The Brand name behind college.
2. The academicians and the faculty in general
3. The Placements in general
I can only take my example here. I am a student at the Educomp(India's leading educational company) MBA Institute. I First of All we ave a lot of international faculty like from Raffles Singapore which is worldwide renowned.
I have secured my summer placements with Nomura which a World's leading investment bank and all of our batch was placed last year because the placements team are from the IIM's.

JRE is an Autonomous Institute which provide AICTE approved Undergarduate and Postgraduate courses as already explained by Sonam it is pretty new Institute as it would be difficult about the job prospects after earning a degree from this Institute but I would like mention here that more than the institute, it would depend on your own capabilities, performance on the programme and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of job interviews.
