Generally, as far as the basic qualification is considered, a Bachelor degree is good to have or of course more if you do like. As far as percentage cut off is concerned, it could vary from company to company. The course background could be an MBA, BE, B.com/BBM/BA etc. It is not necessarily a must to have certain background only.
