Hi Janak,
The eligibility to get admission in an MBA program is that you need to have a graduation with 50% aggregate marks from a recognized University, same is the case with M.Tech, however the percentage would be different (would be higher). Both the Masters degrees would require the person to sit for Entrance test.
As far as your admission is concerned you need to clear all your ATKT and then only you will be able to apply to any Masters level program.

There are not many Institutes in Chennai or across India who will give you Post graduate Diploma in Psychology. Few of the institutes you may try for Psychology programs (it may be a Post Graduate Diploma or a Degree program)are:

There are various Universities in Germany where you can make your musical career , you may try in these universities for the desired course:- University of Music & Theatre "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" Leipzig , Lbeck University of Music, Mannheim University of Music and Performing Arts, University of Music and Performing Arts Munich, Nuremberg School of Music, Rostock University of Music and Theatre.
