The eligibility criteria for all colleges in Karnataka (which includes Bangalore) is, you should have a minimum of 50 percent in class 10th and 12th and you should have a valid score in entrance exam of Karnataka (KCET, if you're a resident of Karnataka or COMEDK, if you're a resident of any other state).
To get into good colleges, you need to ensure that you get a score of 120 - 150 marks out of 180 marks in COMEDK. You need to ensure that you attend all the rounds of counselling of COMEDK.

Yes, you are eligible. The IITs accept all graduate degrees. SJMSOM (IIT Bombay), VGSOM (IIT Kharagpur) etc. are some good B-Schools.

Eligibility for BBA is Pass with 50% (with English in Class 12 for admission in Lovely Professional University. Choosing BBA further in your career is one of the good option. I was also looking for BBA colleges and university across India for admission of my Brother. I have also visited few colleges and spoke to different people, everyone was suggesting different options, but I personally Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab. There are multiple reasons for the same.

All the B-schools take in candidates on the basis of some or the other entrance scores. If you don't want to appear for CAT, you can appear for other exams such as XAT, MAT, CMAT, NMAT, etc.

Top institutes for MBA in HR are TISS, XLRI and IIMs. Yes it is a good decision to opt for HR. If you have prior experience of working with NGOs or any other social activities than TISS is the best institute. Other known institutes are XLRI, SCMHRD, MDI, IIM-Kolkata, SIBM and XISS.
