As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance to the students so, it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion or judgment about a particular University. However, as you have rightly said AIME is a relatively new Business School not only this though, its programmes are affiliated with the University it is not an AICTE approved Institute whereas Ramaiha Institute is AICTE approved and has a much better standing in the market.
As far as the placements are concerned more than the Institute placements depend on Individuals caliber, his/her performance on the programme and how one uses the knowledge earned at the time of Job placements. Apart from the above mentioned factors few of the other things which you should keep in mind are: : the course curriculum and the study material, The infrastructure, The faculty(their educational background), Last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well.

Although MBBS is not the only degree for becoming a doctor in India, as there are other branches of medicine like Ayurveda and Homeopathy, it is still the most coveted of all the medical degrees in India. For pursuing an MBBS degree in India one needs to complete 12 years of study and admission to most medical colleges in India are done on the basis of medical entrance test of various medial colleges. The Central board of Secondary education also conducts an All India Pre Medical Entrance Test for admission to 15% of the total seats for medical and dental courses in all medical and dental colleges run by the Union of India. Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language. Can u independently handle any language? If ur ans comes yes then only think for software development line or testing line. Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have. As far as salary is concerned It depends upon u how tactfully and technically u have cleared ur interview not upon the degree or certificate u have with u. If ur ans goes to no for programming then some other line as well for ur career. Being a Electronic engineer u can choose embedded system line as well for this u must have sound knowledge of C, C++ and JAVA (complete). If u want u can make plan in Networking line as well. Network Admin, Security Admin, System Admin for this u must have to opt RHCE+CCNA+MCITP+RHCVA & RHCSS as well. Although, there is no set prerequisite, generally, it is recommended that you have minimum 1-2 years of technical experience or professional qualification like B.E, B.Tech, MBA, CA or equivalent credentials. So, as you have some amount of work experience you can go ahead and do SAP training.
As far as MBA is concerned, as you are at the beginning of you career, advisable would be that you do a full time MBA from a decent B-School as a correspondence programme is for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience and looking for higher designation within their current organization. Moreover if you go for SAP training, I don't think you need to go for MBA immediately, so you probably can work for 5to 6 years and then plan for EMBA. However, if you still want to go for a correspondence MBA you can consider doing it from Institutes like IGNOU, Annamalai University, IMT etc.

First u decide whether u like to go in technical line or marketing line? If u want in technical line and u want some post graduation still u must have to get certified according with latest industry trends.cos Degree will provide theoretical based knowledge according to their syllabus only. But Industry runs on the latest trends only. So if u want to go in industry then u must have to be specific about certain technology according to specific line. There are lots of Job opportunities in System Administration, Network Administration, Web Development, Security Administration, Database Administration, Virtualization Administration, Data-center Administration, JBOSS Administration, JAVA Professionals, Kernel Internal, Kernel Programming, SAP-ABAP, SAP BASIS, ANDROID - mobile application Development and many more. These specializations can be done through International Certifications only not by getting degree. Hi Sudhakaratao, there is no free education in France but you can get subsidized rates for a very few courses in Engineering. for most of the courses you need to have sound knowledge of French as there are courses that are taught in French as much as 50% and the rest 50% is taught in English. Initially the courses are taught in English as students are given time to get familiar with French. Thereafter courses in French begin.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certficate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letter of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6 min for UG courses and 6.5 min for PG courses generally although 6 is also accepted at Masters level). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
