Reason is CCNA is course even 12th pass student can do, however RHCE needs a technical guy. In fact there is no comparison among RHCE and CCNA as RHCE (Linux) is an OS. You can have very good opportunities in RHCE than CCNA. Also, try to get graduation done somehow as you will be asked for the Degree as you will proceed in job. On top of this you can plan for AIX Administration. This is very niche domain with great opportunities. AIX is the OS launched by IBM and has very bright future going ahead. The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your specialization is your own interests and career aspirations. However, few of the traditional specializations which you can opt for: Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, etc.
In todays world of competition it is very important that you do have an MBA with a specialization as it shows your strong managerial skills and a clear approach towards your career which helps you in getting better job opportunities as General MBA raise questions in employers mind that whether the person who has taken general MBA confused about his interests and career he wants to opt for, so advisable would be to go for a particular specialization keeping in mind your own interests.
