American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.

hi nothing to worry for BCA course . this is three years six sem course. fully covered with programming concept and there application in computer. computer application as per required terms is covered in this course . programming and programming language is backbone of this course . your practice will form hard infrastructure for future job satisfaction. programming language are c, c++ , data structure using c ,opps , unix , java, operating system , visual basics wave programming dot net and other so many to understand . you know when you are learning numbers 1 , 2, 3, . initially it is very tough . after learning table , than addition subtraction multiplication and division seems to tough after learning these all mathematical problem seems to very simple . you need not worry to face mathematical problems similarly after learning c language you will find all these too simple little practice is required . I am sure you will face it very simple way and feel it too simple , so do not worry continue to do so . you will find it very simple . do BCA and enjoy the life with bright career. all the best . best of luck

First u setup the target of ur job. In which line u wanted to do the job. If u want to go for the teaching line then go for any post graduation according to ur liking of ur subject. Every line is good and having lots of opportunities. If u want to go for technical line then Getting Degree is not enough and selecting a career option is now a days is very tough job as well. Web Development like eCommerce Solution u need to to equipped urself with some of the languages like PHP, Javascript, HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, AJEX lots of there. If u choose Linux platform for the Web Development then it will be having bright future.
Some new streams if u would like to look around. System Administrator, Network Administrator and Security Administrator are having very bright future. If u choose Linux platform fot this line then it will be the golden opportunity for u cos Jobs are awaiting for u. For that u can opt RHCSA, RHCE, RHCVA, CCNA MCSE will be ultimate course options.
Right now the industry scenario is entirely different. Apart from the Degree or Diploma u have to be Specialized in any stream and get yourself as certified for the Industry. For that u must do any International Certification related with the stream according to interest.
