there are many type of scholarship , for good academic record, name in merit list, or if you are under in any reserved category college can give you scholarship according to your academic record , if you have good record or you are in merit list then you can apply for scholarship as mentions above , the college pass your scholarship letter to govt and then govt gives you some scholarship for come your name in merit list

HI,
With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA.
Please remember in order to pursue MBA form good and top ranked universities, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, secondly to pursue MBA you need to take either TOEFL or IELTS, and GMAT exam.
As you are pursuing B.Com now, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then apply for MBA, how ever if you wish to continue with your studies, you can pursue Msc in management.

Hi,
As per your education i.e 15 years, UK would be the best study destination for you, because Universities in US require 16 years of education for MBA.
Also please remember all the good B-schools in UK require minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation for MBA, however there are few universities which offer MBA to fresher as well, for your reference find below some of these universities:
Cardiff University.
Liverpool John Moores University.
Coventry University.
Apart from MBA you can also pursue MSC in Finance, as this course do not require work experience,and is a specialized course in finance.

TOEFL is an online exam. There is no use of taking up a training in correspondence and I sont think any one is offering. Insted of TOEFL you can take up IELTS. Many coaching centers available, you can take coaching and then write the exam.

As you have completed MBA finance, you can pursue:
1.Phd in any of the subject like finance,marketing.
2.MS/MSC in finance.
Phd is a research based studies, and MS is advanced studies exclusively in finance. There are many universities in US and UK which offers both of these courses.
MS in US is for 2 years and 1 year in UK.It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor.
