Hi,
In order to go to US on study VISA you need to first of all get admission in some US universities or college.
Please remember TOEFL is the the criteria to get VISA, it is a university requirement from all the international student whose first or native language is not English, and all the good universities require TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.

Hi Panchratna, Since you have done BTech from NIT Silchar, you are eligible for MS course only. Phd requires a masters level degree as eligibility criteria. So once you are done with MS, you can go for Phd. Most of the US universties provide this as an integrated course(MS+Phd).

Hi Vikas,
Germany is a country know for its Technical courses and research programs that too in Biotech. Also, education in Germany is government funded so you might just have to give a minimal fee ranging from 140-500 Euros.
Keeping in mind your prior qualification in pharma, I would suggest you to pursue a Masters course in Pharma or Bio Medical.
