Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language. Can u independently handle any language? If ur ans comes yes then only think for software development line or testing line. Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have. In order to pursue Phd from universities in US, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students.

As the name suggest PGCET is a common entrance test conducted for admissions at Post Graduate level. These exams are either University based or resional based, hence giving any particular information in these regards woiuld be quite difficult.

If you want to make a career in Management the best option one can consider after completing BBA is MBA, but if you don't want to get into MBA go for some PG Diploma programme or other Masters programme such as Masters in Finance, Economics, etc. you can sit for Civil Service Examination, go for Actuarial etc.
