It is really good to see that you are so serious about your career at such an early age. But right now I would request you not to think about your career but your studies. The reason being that your career will more or less depend on your interest, so you really have to decide now in which stream you r interest lies so that you can select your subject accordingly. And believe me every stream can provide you a good career but you really have to make the right choice.

Hi,
You would be eligible in a few universities but only and only if your degree is adequate credits in Physics. Since you are in your 1st year and want to apply for Ms Physics, i would advise you to drop your BE in mechanical engineering degree and apply for a Bachelors in Physics degree.

Both are known countries in engineering disciplines. There is 1 problem in Germany however, that is, they require you to know atleast the basic of their language. If you are not proficient in German language, it is not recommended that you apply to Germany.
