As the cut off keeps on changing every year it would be difficult to give you any exact information but few of the institutes which you may consider are: Govt. Polytechnic - Women, Government Degree College for Women, Acharya Nagarjuna University, etc.

First of all you need to decide that between Computers and MBA which would be the course you would like to pursue. If you want to pursue a computer course then depending on the type of course you want to pursue like Software or Hardware & Networking etc. you can choose the certification programmes like MCSE, CCNA, RHC etc. or can go for long term programmes through institutes like NIIT, Aptech etc. you can also look at CDAC programmes.
On the other hand if you want to go for MBA programme then I have already mentioned the names of the institutes which you may try with your rank, and you can refer to the answer through this li

In order to pursue Undergraduate course in USA, you need to take the below mentioned test, as the score of these two exams are essential parameter for universities to evaluate the candidate's chance of getting admission.
SAT:It is a standardized test for college admissions in the United States. It is of 2400 marks, and generally the student requires 1800-1900 plus of SAT score for undergraduate course.
TOEFL:
Need to be taken by all the international students whose first language is not English. It is of 120 marks, and generally the student requires 80-90 plus of TOEFL score for Undergraduate course.
