You can consider either of the institute options depending on your personal preference and also the parameters required in the process of selection of the institute like your location, fees etc.
As for the specializations are concerned, both Finance and Operations hold separate values, however in most of the management institutes, to be able to pursue Operations as a specialization, you would require a graduation in Engineering, however, institutes may differ in the eligibility.

Dhiraj.The Top 50 Business Schools in USA expect EMBA applicants to have atleast 8 years of work experience (middle level managers). The youngest EMBA student in any good business school in US will be 36 or 37. The average work experience that EMBA applicants have is about 12 years. Believe me.These EMBA applicants are extraordinary in terms of qualifications, work experience and knowledge. They are a league of their own. I would strongly advice you to either do the standard MBA or get some managerial work experience of three or four years before applying for EMBA. The bottom line is that you are not yet ready for EMBA in a good business school in USA or Europe. However, there are many little known business schools which may consider your application for EMBA.
