Hi Rohan,
Your chance of getting admission in good and top ranked university won't get affected at all because of your 2nd year drop.
But please remember all the top ranked university requires very good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus and 70%-75% plus in graduation, apart from this you also need to have very good GRE (1400 plus) and TOEFL (90-100 plus) score.
I hope this answers your query.

Dhiraj. The Top 50 Business Schools in USA expect EMBA applicants to have atleast 8 years of work experience (middle level managers). The youngest EMBA student in any good business school in US will be 36 or 37. The average work experience that EMBA applicants have is about 12 years. Believe me.These EMBA applicants are extraordinary in terms of qualifications, work experience and knowledge. They are a league of their own. Mohammed.I work for the National Health Service (NHS), the largest healthcare organisation in UK. Though there are plenty of opportunities for Physiotherapists, Govt has brought severe restrictions that only UK or EU citizens are eligible to apply due to the current bad economic conditions. If you are planning to study Msc Physiotherapy abroad, I would advice you to choose a better university than the University of East London. Give me a thumbs up if I have answered your question.
