With commerce as your stream, it is difficult to be eligible for Architecture course and initiate towards this path as rightly mentioned by Mahesh16675 , Architecture is a science stream and holds to be a valid career for those who have studied Physics and Maths are compulsory subjects at the +2 level.
I would recommend you to look for other courses for which you shall be well eligible and which may help you to an extent to create a parallel career to that of an Architecture like 3D Animation, Graphic Designing, Interior Designing etc.

Although, you can go for a second degree through, correspondence but firstly you have to check with the University from where you are doing your MBA currently that whether they allow you to do a second degree through correspondence as there are Universities who strictly prohibit doing two degrees together. Apart from this you may also face problems like clashes in examinations; also it would be very intense to do both the programs together. If you feel that you can do both the degrees and bring equal amount of success in both then you can go ahead.

As you have taken admission in MBA finance, you seem to have already initiated a step towards a career in mainstream finance and should concentrate to secure good academic record.
To my knowledge the best thing is to work hard to score well in MBA and proving your mettle in the placements period will definitely help you to secure a great job option and attain you goal.

There are several courses available to choose for a your bachelor degree like BA, B.Com, BA LLB, Animation & Multimedia and many more. You need to first understand what field of study would interest you the most to the extent of taking it as a career stream based on which you need to decide.
