As far I would know about the eligibility criteria to appear for the Bank PO, one requires to be a graduate degree holder from a recognized university, with no consideration to whether to the education is received through correspondence or regular mode.

As per my understanding, you are still eligible and it is not too late for you to change your stream, but to apply for this course you will have to undergo the entire selection process that is required as per the policies mentioned by the particular institute; in most of the recognized and reputed institutes one requires to qualify an entrance test and based on which the shortlisting is carried out.
