@ saif khan, i think you are asking abt UPSEE, if so , then answer is being from MP you can't write UPSEE as per this year rules. But if you appear for AIEEE then you can apply for UPSEE counselling via AIEEE rank. so do appear for AIEEE if wanna get in UPSEE colleges.

For preparing for IAS i.e. UPSC exam it would be better in your case if you take the relevant study material from a reputed Coaching centre. You might not be able to attend the 4 to 5 months rapis coaching course so it will be better if you take study material and then remain connected with that institute for giving mock tests and for clarifying your doubts. As UPSEE counselling , even second round will be over today. you can apply to UPSEE colleges directly if seats are available.
You can't apply under NRI quota in most institutes which have less than 5 years of existence as per UPTU . But you can avail admission via management quota.
Try in JRE group of Institutions , Greater Noida (www. jre.edu.in), this college is started by Educomp solutions company( India's largest education company, listed on stock exchange). College has state of the art infrastructure. technically sound faculty. placements committee headed by IIM-IIT Alumnus. for more information you can dial at +91-8800766816.
