All the good and top ranked universities in UK/ USA, requires minimum work experience of at least 2-3 years at managerial or assistant managerial level. However there are some universities which do not requires work experience.
Since you are in your final year, it would be always advisable for you to gain work experience after your graduation, and then apply for MBA program in universities abroad.
Apart from work experience you also need to have good academic background throughout, preferably 60% and good TOEFL (80-95 plus) and GMAT (500-600 plus) score.

In order to pursue MS in Canada you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

There is a linear way to go about pursuing the CA and that is by qualifying each levels. There is no alternate way that can be suggested to you. However if you are planning to drop CA and looking for other courses in Accounts/ Finance, this you can go about.
There are many institutes in the country to offer several courses but it will depend on you and your interest which will help you to decide well.

1ST THE general way 2 yrs course with 4 semester (which u r late )
2nd way is M.Tech (through Research Mode) (the way PHD is done )
in this mode there r no writen examination
students has to write the thesis & submit he same to the university
after the thesis has been submitted , student may be called for viva voce
& if found satisfactory
the degree of M.tech through research mode is awarded to the student
