All the good and top ranked universities in UK/ USA, requires minimum work experience of at least 2-3 years at managerial or assistant managerial level. However there are some universities which do not requires work experience.
Since you are in your final year, it would be always advisable for you to gain work experience after your graduation, and then apply for MBA program in universities abroad.

There is a linear way to go about pursuing the CA and that is by qualifying each levels. There is no alternate way that can be suggested to you. However if you are planning to drop CA and looking for other courses in Accounts/ Finance, this you can go about.
There are many institutes in the country to offer several courses but it will depend on you and your interest which will help you to decide well.

As per my own experience, i feel BTech people dont face much problem in quants and DI sections. The biggest hurdle lies in Verbal. For that I would suggest you to start building vocab. Start with Norman LEwis which is based on root-prefix-suffix system and GRE Barrons 3500 word list after that. For other verbal ability sections, try out Arun Sharma.
For quants, Trishna would do and for LRDI, Nishit K SInha is the best.
