As you have completed your B.Pharma, so it will be always advisable for you to pursue Masters in Pharmacy, there are many good universities in USA which offers Masters degree in this field, for your reference please find below some of these universities:
1. Ohio State University.
2.University of California.
3.University of Kentucky and many more.
For getting admission in MS course in US universities you need to take GRE and TOEFL.
GRE, is a test which need to be taken by all the students who wish to study engineering or technological related courses in US, universities. GRE is of 1600 marks, generally all the good universities in USA, requires 1200-1400 plus score in GRE.
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language), is a test which need to taken by all the students, whose first or native language is not English, its of 120 marks, generally all the good universities in USA, requires 80-90 plus score in TOEFL.
Apart from this you also need to have good academic background throughout.
