I strongly suggest that you focus on completing your MBA from a reputed B School. I will never recommend a course to be done concurrently with MBA. MBA by itself is a demanding program. You can look at workshops after you gain anywhere between 5 - 8 years of work experience. It will broaden your horizons and whatever decision you take will help you advance in your career.

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all India examination administered and conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science and seven Indian Institutes of Technology to get admission in M.Tech whereas PSU is a civil service exam. 50% PCM is now standard for most Joint Entrance Board of India so you can appear for that and in autonomous college you may get admission as norms.one thing I mention that please correct your college spelling that is wrong and careful next time
