Hi,
The difference will be in level of learning and developing skill . Except few government MBA college most of them are not unto the level . Government college do not have competitive nature . And as far as private college are concerned now a days most of them are have made this as business. But if you get into top 30 -40 B-school then it will be good start for your career. Everything depends on which college you are comparing with. Government college are cheaper than private. But as far as placement are concerned private are Masters . It will depend on parameters which you want to compare.

College change or university change is only possible after first year and is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details contact the college authorities.

Hi,
Graduation of any sort is not compulsory for pursing company secretary course. It can be started easily after you complete your 12th. However, some job requires you to have a graduation degree as well and therefore it is suggested that you complete graduation too.

Depends on what you want. If you do not have an IT background, there's no point in doing MBA in IT and if you have a background in IT and want to remain in the technical field, there is no point in doing MBA in IT. In that case, you should rather prefer M.Sc or MCA.

As per my personal opinion and my experience, the main difference between BCA LLB and B.Com LLB is that, in BCA LLB, you will get a knowledge of computers, and in case of B.Com LL.B, you will get knowledge of Commerce like accounts business and enroll with LLB.

During your time at law school, make sure you option for the subject of Cyber Law as you elective to get a theoretical understanding of what the subject is all about and what all it will encompass. Hi,
The major difference is the stream i.e. BSW or B.Com along with LLB.
In both of courses, you shall have law subjects which shall be same for 5-years and along with that you will have your stream subjects i.e. of B.Com and BSW.
BSW is to do more with subjects including sociology, social science, various approaches to social work, etc.
While B.Com shall include business management, cost and managerial accounting, tax, etc.
The difference lies in the subjects i.e. stream subjects only.
Rest, you get the same set of law subjects while pursuing the degree.
