After completing your CS, you can pursue courses for greater job prospect in India:- CA ICWA MBA These are long-term courses and if you want to pursue something related to CS then it is better to opt for MBL 2-year degree course offered by National Law School, Bangalore. No, never. You should only pay for 1st year of studied. They charge separately for each semester. You will also get the transfer certificate.

NATA is a compulsory examination for B.Arch entrance until 2017-2018. Maybe next year the regulations maybe changed.
