I have previously answered this question in respect of the same nature of question asked by other members, once again chanting the same for you.
As of now LLB is not offered through Distance Education Mode and/or Part time and/or open Education system and/or Online mode as because the Bar Council of India (the sole regulatory of all LLB courses across in India), dose not recognizes the offering of LLB through these modes.
Please note that in respect of LLB course only University Grants Commission's recommendation is not enough the course should also by approved by Bar Council of India.
Recently from the words of mouth I have also come to

Hi Raj,
Making a choice should entirely be your prerogative and cannot be ruled by any one else. You can take this decision on the basis of making analysis as per your strengths, your interest etc.
As it seems that you are highly confused, I would advise you that if you are just 12th passed, take up courses like BFA or Bachelors in Animation/ Multimedia.
But if you already are a Bachelor degree holder then take up short courses like diploma in 3D animation, gaming or web design and gain expertise in these fields as this will be highly beneficial.

Actually both have become synonymous to each other. B.E is Bachelor of Engineering n B.Tech is bachelor of technology. In simplest Words BE is Theortical &B.Tech Is applied.
In BE we explore the subject in depth. In B Tech we concentrate on skills. Deciding what is greater degree is dependent on the application/job you wish to do. But these days be it B.Tech or B.E it is a combination of theory and skills. You may have to tell a little more about yourself, and your marks and branches you are interested in to help us understand your requirements.
Regards,
Gomti
