HI Eric, at times it is possible. And this will require you to take additional course. EEE is different from Mechanical. So it may not even be possible for you to pursue MS in Mechanical Engg with a electronics background.
the alternative is to go for a Diploma or some course to understand the basics of mechanical engg and then apply for a Masters.
But its quite a time consuming process.

Hi Geetika,
Every institute offers different cousres and of different duration and so the cost of these courses also differs making it difficult for us to mention any exact amount.
I would request you to either mention the name of the institute for which you are inquiring or directly contact the same and inquire for the accurate information.

Hi Rohit, a figure can not be given as it will depend on which country you opt to work and what kind of companies you apply to. cloud Computing is a new technology and is yet to boom in India. But a few years later this technology will pay well to those who have expertise in the subject.
Hence, the focus at the moment should be to study well and score as high as possible so that the student has the best chances to be interviewed by employers of choice !!

Hi Anup, to apply for MBBS abroad you first need to obtain eligibility certificate from Medical Council India. When you contact them they will be able to tell you which Universities are approved by them to where students can purse MBBS. Upon completing MBBS you need to appear for screening test and then you will be able to practise in India.
It can prove to be very expensive. SO I suggest studying in India for MBBS.
