Hi Santosh,
If you are planning to pursue law as a career then you have to take up 5 years integrated programme through full time mode, as you can not practice law if you attain a degree through correspondence secondly, you can not go for 3 years law programme even in full time mode if you don't have a graduation degree.
However, if you don't want to become a lawyer and want to get into other legal professions (like administration, Legal BPOs, legal department of various corporate companies or can also work with Advocates in the back end documentation processes) after getting a degree then in that case you can opt for a bachelors degree

Hi Sankar,
As there is a big time gap in your education reappearing for a single paper probably would not be possible, There are two option either you repeat you complete PUC (I suppose this must be 2nd year PUC, If yes then you have to appear PUC II) or else you can complete your 12th through NIOS. Once you are through with this then you can plan your graduation through Correspondence or Open University like IGNOU etc.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a "best answer" or pressing the "thumbs up" icon.
Thanks,
Pooja
