Hi Vinay, for Masters in Chemistry you can look into : Free University Berlin, Humboldt University of Berlin, TU Berlin, Uni Bielefeld.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ.And additional Euro 15 per univ.
Education in Germany is free. Some Universities charge a minimal amount of Euro 140 - 500 per semester. Living expenses come to Euro 740 per month. You also need to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS to apply to German University.
To pursue PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail. You need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial to the community and the university, what is the different thing you are doing that hasn't been undertaken earlier. Also, include how you will progress during the research and the duration you might need to achieve the milestones you have set. If the university accepts your proposal you will be asked to send in your documents after which you will get the offer letter. Then meeting all the requirements you can begin with the visa process. To approach a University you must contact the dean or the professor at the University and ask them if there is any research going on. Because its always not mentioned on the University's website whether the research in your field of interest is going on or not.

NAVEEN, there are many colleges in MAHA. which offer this course.-
IF U WANT TO TAKE IN IGNOU CERTIFIED COLLEGES THEN--MINIMUM 55% MARKS FOR OPEN CATEGORRY AND 50% FOR OTHERS IN 12TH.
AND IF U R INTERESTED IN AICTE RECOGNISED COLLEGES THEN---MINIMUM 55% MARKS FOR OPEN CATEGORRY AND 50% FOR OTHERS IN 12TH. AND ALSO U NEED GUD MARKS IN AIEEE OR SEEE.
Before this month, i read cutoff in one of the aeronautics college at nagpur.
I read that this sub. was closed at around 152 marks in AIEEE.
So now u can guess how much u should get to make it to gud aeronautics college.
And SORRY i m not aware about the cutoff of madras colleges ( AS I DONT KNOW THE CAP WEBSITE)
