Hi Mayank,
As you are working professional & along with your job you are doing your MBA no company would expect you to top your program, but the more marks you get the better it is, as it gives a positive impression about you and your skill sets that even after so much of job pressure you were able to do justice to your MBA. Although, every person is different with different skill sets so it would be difficult to give you any concrete plan about your studies but if on daily basis if you could snatch 1 to 1.5 hours for your studies you would be able to clear your MBA if not top it.

Fix a time slot in the late evening and try to study one subject at a time. Give one chapter a quick reading and try to smultaneously mark important information in it. Then read those important information only and try to remember them with the help of practical examples that you came across in your job. Marking of important information n a chapter should also be based on the type of question paper you will get in the exams. Study objectively.
