With Globalization & a revolution in Information Technology public servants, and academics, all are facing challenges of updated knowledge about Public Administration. This has given rise to a huge requirement for specialized field of Public Administration. The eligibility for MPA in most of the good Institutes is graduation from any stream with 50% aggregate marks. Some institutes may also ask for particular entrance Exam or aggregate percentage in Graduation.
Career openings in India in public administration are predominantly in the Government and Public Sectors. However, the non government sector is also not untouched in the sectors like Banking Finance etc.
The premiere Institutes in India for MPA are Jamia Milia Islamia University, Annamalai University, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Madurai Kamaraj University, IGNOU, IIMs, XLRI, S.P.Jain, Surat University, & ICFAI.

As Different Institutes will have different admission criterion you have to check with various institutes for the percentage acceptable by them for their B.Ed program. However, you have not mentioned your location few of the Good Institutes providing B.Ed are:

Hi Archit,
To pursue a career in Astronomy, one requires a lot of education support. In most of the cases, a Ph.D/ doctorate course is the minimum requirement as this field involves a lot of R&D work.
To pursue M.tech the minimum educational requirement is a Graduate degree in Physics or Maths. There aren't many options from where one can pursue a career in Astronomy in India, but then you may consider IIA i.e. Indian Institute of Astrophysics for this in India. Other than this there are a few Universities as well offering Masters courses like Punjabi University, Osmania University, Inter-University Centre for Astronomy & Astrophysics (IUCAA). You may consider as these institutes for further information related to the courses and career in Astronomy.
