As I really don't know what is your family background and under what circumstances your father is forcing you to do a job so, I would not like to comment on that, but I would say that if money is a constraint you should plan your career accordingly as there is a famous saying "cut your cloth according to your coat.
Although Education plays a very important role in your career growth, not everybody gets a chance to do MBA through regular Institute but that doesnt mean that they would not or can not grow in their life. I would say Firstly, after B.Sc Math you can get a decent job in any companys finance & accounts department, the starting salary may be less but if you perform well you can see enormous growth. Once you get a job rather than going for an MBA through Correspondence go for Bank exams for which you can prepare along with your job as you being a fresher MBA through Correspondence would not be very rewarding for your career.

Generally software testing is a part of Software Engineering Degree courses, however, if you want to do software testing courses you can opt for a post graduate diploma or a diploma programs. Advisable is that, as it is not a very long term program go for a regular or a part time program. First choose an Institute which should be of repute like NIIT or APTECH then depending on the course schedule decide on whether you can continue with job or not. If you want to get into Software Testing for sure you can not continue with the BPO job so in any case you have to find a job in IT field. If your course curriculum allows you to continue with your job then start searching for JOB in IT and go for it. If you find a PGD level course and cant spare time for JOB, go ahead for the course.

Hi Sumit,
As you have already completed your B.Sc(Bachelor course), I would not suggest you to opt for B.E course which again is a Bachelor level course and is of 4 years duration. Instead I would suggest you to opt for the Masters course now and for this you may opt for M.Sc in Physics or the other related fields. Materials science is an applied science concerned with the relationship between the structure and properties of materials.It is more seen at the research levels and involves a lot of Chemistry and Physics. Although the scope in both the fields are good but making a choice out of the two will depend on your area of interest entirely.
I would suggest you to opt for a Masters level course instead of investing more years to your bachelors, also opt for the field which you find is of your interest level and caters to your career preferences.
