Dear Vidi,
You are going for BBA which is a general program designed for bachelor degree in management, Opting for particular specialization in BBA will not make much sense but still there are few colleges offering specialization in BBA like Finance, Marketing and HR.
Opting for the best specialization depends upon your interest and that will be better applicable once you will go for MBA.
You can go for internship in areas like Marketing, HR, Retail during your BBA final semester and accordingly opt for specialization.
