Hi Sneha,
No it doesn't. Who said so? Its you who has to choose what to study. If you are talking why some branch cutoff is higher than the other, then it is totally dependent on popular choice. Rather than creating some misconceptions in your mind and trying to question everything. I would suggest you to talk to people from various fields and after deciding upon your choice, then think you will get that preference in which college. Remember the college name will get you nothing if you are studying something that doesn't interest you at all

No, PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) students cannot directly pursue MBBS in India, as Biology is a compulsory subject for eligibility. The NEET exam, which is required for MBBS admissions, mandates that candidates must have studied Biology in their Class 12th or equivalent exams.

PCM students would need to have Biology as a subject or pursue it through additional qualifications before they can appear for NEET and be eligible for MBBS programs.

Hi Sneha,
Jee mains and BITSAT are relatively of the same level though Jee Mains is getting tougher every year. Well for Jee mains, solve NCERT Textbook Exercises and NCERT Exemplar of PCM thoroughly.
What I have realised is that they ask very typical objective questions from chemistry and maths. In physics, I would recommend you to go through the papers since the physics section is relatively tougher. For Jee Mains, also do topics like statistics, mathematical reasoning since they are very easy and fetch you marks. Download Jee mains 2014 and 2013 online papers also, it will give you an insight of the variety of the questions they ask.
