Your score sounds good if you had fulfilled all the eligibility criteria for individual subjects i.e. nearly 10% in each subject then you have right to fill admission form for IIST.
From this year IIST takes admissions on the basis of JEE Mains rank if you secure a good rank in that then you will definitely see yourself in IIST.

To pursue MBA in finance, neither Pune or Bangalore are great choices as compared to Mumbai.
