Hi,
there is no direct course in swiss choclate and pastry production in Switzerland. You will have to pursue a regular masters degree in hotel management with a focus on swiss chocolates and pastries. Or, you can pursue a diploma in India or a crash course in India. Let me know your thoughts on this.

Hi, you need some work experience related after Master degree and have some work on reserach work. Can you guide me in which area you have complete BTech? Even after Btech you have moved to MSC Psychology which is rare combination and now doing PhD in Marketing will be again totally in different line. Looking at your profile, I feel you should apply for Research Master course and once haviing completed same try to get into your desire course as it will be easier for you to get PhD qualification once in UK rather than India. For more information you can send me your detail biodata to educationworld302@gmail.com or contact on 079 2630 49
