The part time MBA option is what we will not recommend provided you have the option to pursue the regular degree in MBA. But yes, it does add a bit of value to your profile and also expose you a bit to the management world and their ethics. And SMU is just average for the same.

It is true that WLC is not recognized under the government of India. As for the recognition of the course is concerned, well that would depend on your course intend as there are many courses varying from diplomas to degrees. I would suggest you if you are trying to opt for the degree course then should opt for the University / Govt. of India recognized programs as these offer better value in terms of recognition.

If the admissions in the regular counseling are closed, then you can check for the admissions against management seats though it may need a donation amount to be paid for.
Also some newly opened colleges can be checked with for the left over vacancies.

The placements at MNIT Jaipur for 2010 batch has been 89% in all.
But in CS and IT streams it has been 98%. So if you can furnish the details of particular branch you have got therein, we may tell you exact stat of your stream.
Nevertheless It's an NIT and we recommend that you should continue with it.

U can definately pursue B.Tech(C.S) if u have an interest and also u meet the criteria for getting admission in engineering college. It will provide u a better platform at the time of job opportunities.
