A working professional, fresh graduate, specially abled or stay-at-home mother – anyone interested in pursuing an MBA course can opt for it. You have a good score for getting a seat at Anna university CEG campus. But, you cannot get CSE, ECE and mechanical. You can get civil engineering, IT (SS), manufacturing engineering, mining engineering, printing technology, biomedical, agriculture and irrigation engineering, etc.
You can try for Madras Institute of Technology as it has lower cut-off when compared to CEG and it is also a campus of Anna university so you cannot find any difference. At MIT, you can get CSE and ECE self supporting courses which would have more fees and low cut-off.

Both the colleges are good colleges and holds a good position in Greater Noida, however if your concern is good quality education and somehow better placements I will suggest you to go for G. L. Bajaj.

To be honest, both these colleges are not great choices for pursuing MBA as such. Nevertheless, DSIMS seems a slightly better option over Guru Nanak due to its location and decent ROI:
