Your academic performance is not that strong and GRE and IELTS score wouldn't help you to get admission in good college in USA. If you want to take admission in an average college from USA then Indian colleges are better.

Congrats that you completed B.E this year. 60 direct admission seats come under 'TSM Quota' seats for MBA in TSM. Your B.E marks are not looked into and any entrance exam's marks will confirm your skill set to pursue MBA. So MBA colleges expect entrance exam marks like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT.
