Placements for MBA varies as per the institutions and also according to the specialization you are interested in as it will guide your career and profession you chose. At least 2 years is recommended and required by all major B-Schools. You may be accepted if you have an outstanding profile. Depends on the university and how they evaluate your profile. Write to some universities and check out.
