Hi, yes all major universities require work experience, they may admit you if you have a distinct and extraordinary profile. Also, some low ranked institutes accept as well. If you don't have work experience please option for MS management programs.

GATE is an entrance exam for admission to PG courses. Hence this exam will not get you any job at undergraduate level. But many institutions accept GATE score in lieu of examination and call up candidates directly for interviews.

You may fill the form after January when they will be available. They can be filled online on the GLAU's official website http://glauniversity.in/EduwareHome/Home.aspx#. The forms are always filled online and the exam too takes place online . The exam takes place in the month of February to April and even beyond if their are seats available .
The exam is pretty simple and requires just basic knowledge of the subject. You may choose your spot of time as per your preference on any day. I hope that the answer was helpful. Best of luck!!
