Hi Shiva,
You should first start checking country specific job portals and the skilled labour shortage list. You will have an idea of the country specific professions in demand. Build your resume and start networking with potential employers. Contact an immigration agent who will best guide you in this regard because this is not what this platform is meant for. You have to check job related portals.

Hi, it is difficult to pin point a specific university and more difficult to locate a university not requiring the IELTS. If they waive the IELTS requirement, they could be giving you a foundation program or you must be an outstanding student. Randomly write to some universities about their IELTS requirements and waivers to have an idea.

Hi,
This cant be predicted. As know your score or percentile, you need to know:
1) Total no of candidate can appearing in the exam .
2) Number of candidates who have scored less marks than you.
Both are unknown to you so you have not calculate it.Because this information is hidden to candidate.
If you collect above two date, then you can easily calculate your percentile.
