If you think you need to drop a year you should definitely take a gap of one year and register for coaching to clear your NATA/JEE Mains-2 papers. However, you should only take this path if you feel you will be unable to cope with preparations during or after your +2 level of schooling. Good Luck!!

Basically it depends on which course you would opt. In IIHMR, Jaipur, as it offers Rural Management, Hospital and Health Management & Pharma Management. Your score would be entertained differently in different courses, but as for basic margin you should score good marks in MAT (50%-60% would do it for you) and give some extra efforts in Group Discussion & Personal Interview. That's it! Welcome to IIHMR Family. Hope my answer was helpful, upvote to help others too.

Hello Shalini,
At the outset, let me compliment you for your clarity in what you want to do in life. All the Best !
You can join a 3 years Hotel Management Degree course or may be go for a Diploma in Bakery & confectionery. If you can afford, you should do it from somewhere abroad or else in India. Chocolate needs creativity and innovative product mix. Once you get the basics, it is to do with more experimentation.
All the Best !
