Normally 4-5 attempts are allowed. But to be exact, you will have to approach administrative staff of your college. They only can give you authentic information.

There are so many options that it is obvious to be confused. However, since you completed your Bachelor's you should be knowing by now what your interests are or what your career plans are. Ask yourself why you want to study abroad. Identify your likes and dislikes. Investing at this phase of your life without knowing what you want will be a big risk. Also since you did not mention your subjects it gets difficult to suggest anything like depending on your education background you can perhaps do education, teaching, counseling, psychology, linguistics, mass communication, media studies, fashion design and so on. Hi Bikash,
I would advise you to do from SGVU as it's a proper university and approved from all councils. Institutes like Welingkar, Symbiosis and IMT would give you PGD and not MBA and moreover, they have been recently asked by UGC not to offer distance learning till they get them converted into university.
