It would be difficult to find Bachelors degree in Design; you mostly would find Diploma or PG Diploma programmes in Fashion Designing through various Private Institutes. However few of the Institutes where you can find Bachelors level programme is NIFT, Pearl Academy, INIFD, IIFT, JD Institute of Technology
Few of the other popular institutes providing Diploma & PG Diploma courses in Fashion Designing are: NID, Apeejay Institute of Design, IILM school of Design.

Hi Roshan, following universities provide the course you are looking for : Bournemouth university, Bradford University and York university. Since the course you have opted for is a creative course, you will also need to prepare a portfolio of your work. It should show true and original work done by you. You will need to send this along with your documents and these are - Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certficate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letter of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
The classes generally begin in September and hopefully this will be a suitable intake for you. There is also an intake in Jan but not many Universities offer the course and the one of your interest may not be available.
You should begin the application process asap else it might be difficult to find a seat. Portfolio is the main criteria for assessing the application.
If possible and if you get time after completing the course try to enrol yourself for a short term course in India before you leave.

It is always advisable to opt for the MBA or any course through the regular as the same holds better market value and career prospects, also the option of getting MBA in health care is quite rare.
