Although, it would largely depend on your own interests and career aspirations but Engineering degree definitely would hold a better position in the job market as engineering degree would give you better chances to get into technology related fields as the general perception is that BCA & MCA is for commerce and arts background students who have Math till their 12th.
Moreoover, integrated programmes are really intense and you should opt for this programme only if you can do justice to such programme. Last but not least there are not many Universities in India providing such programmes.
