Business envt. analysis is a very big consept but for ur question i will give ashort answer:-
Business envt. is a combination of many small factors those have great influencing power and are divided into two basic parts internal factor and external factor for an organisation. Internal factor are the factor those are within the organisation and are controlable by management, such as labour, capital, and other resourses.
External factors are beyond the control of organisation and are the biggest threat for organisation, such as govt. policies, GDP growth rate, foreign trade policy and others. Envt. analysis is carried out with the help of SWOT anlysis

Animation is a booming industry and there is a huge requirement of animation artists in the industry. Your placement totally depend upon your skills and software knowledge. And that depends upon what all you have learned and from where/whom.? If you have good skills, creativity and enough software knowledge you can initially work as free lancer for 2-3 projects and then can directly apply to any of the production studio. Please let me know where have you learned Animation from and which course? Or is it that you are planning to go for this field.
