As per the education criteria there is no such constraint to be adhered to pursue a course in Animation/ Gaming and Cartoon Making but it is your area of interest, career objective, and inclination towards creativity which shall hold the maximum importance.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your career stream is your own interests and career aspirations, so if you are sure to get into the field of Clinical Research go for a programme in clinical Research, however, you may not find many Institutes giving M.Sc degree in Clinical Research rather more commonly you would find PG Diploma programme in clinical Research. Few of the Institutes which you may check for Clinical Research programmes are: ICRI, CREMA, Ciniminds etc.
However, if you go for M.Sc Microbiology you can always get into Clinical Resaerch at any point of time, apart from this you can also get into other life Science fields apart from this you can get into Agriculture as a career field. Few of the institutes for M.Sc in Microbiology are: University of Delhi, University of Mumbai, Goa University, University of Pune, Punjab University, etc.

It would be really difficult to find a degree level programme in Sound Engineering, However, you can either opt for short term Diploma or PG Diploma programmes provided by various Private Institutes like Audiophile Institute of Sound Engineering, Govt. Institute of Electronics (Secunderabad), Bhubananda Orissa School of Engineering (Cuttack), A.V. Parekh Tech Institute (Rajkot), Institute of New Media Development and Research (Pune) etc. Few of the others which you may try: Film & Television Institute (Tamilnadu), S.A.C.A.C etc.
However, you may try to get into Instrumentation Engineering provided by IITs and other good Engineering Colleges.

Hi Mangesh, the course MS in Automation and Robotics is offered by TU Dortmund University.
The country is very well known for its courses in Technology related subjects. The admission process takes about 9 months. So it is advisable that you begin the process when you are in final semester of UG. The classes begin in September/October and MArch/April every year. To get into a good University you will also need to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. To get a good score for GRE you can go for coaching and do some self coaching from now on. Though it is not mandatory but a little knowledge in German language will help you to find a part time job and to interact with fellow mates.
