Hi Jaspreet,
Although, The Indian System definitely has open doors for Foreign Universities to go for tie ups with Indian Universities but such tie-ups are still at very nascent stages. Few of the Institutes which have taken a step forward and gone for such tie- ups are: pearl academy of fashion with Babson College, IIT Mumbai was planning to sign up with Brown University US (whether or not it got finalized needs to be confirmed), ISB also gone into some tie-ups.
As far as Biotechnology is concerned according to my knowledge there is no foreign University which has tied up with Indian University till now.
Hope this resolves your query.

Hi Nirmal,
Although, aerospace engineering and aeronautical engineering has almost the same curriculum but certain differences in courses do exist. Like courses like space propulsion, orbital mechanics, attitude determination and control systems, satellite and space systems are not part of aeronautical engineering curriculum.
