Hi Mangesh, you can opt for a course that is related to your Bachelors degree. AS you have not specified anything about your profile it is difficult to suggest related courses or Universities.
The country is very well known for its courses in Technology related subjects especially for Mechanical and Automotive Engineering. The admission process takes about 9 months. So it is advisable that you begin the process when you are in final semester of UG. The classes begin in September/October and MArch/April every year. To get into a good University you will also need to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. To get a good score for GRE you can go for coaching and do some self coaching from now on. Though it is not mandatory but a little knowledge in German language will help you to find a part time job and to interact with fellow mates.

After completing your Schooling there are several institutes in India offering various courses related to Computers/ IT and depending on your interest and eligibility you can choose among the ones like B.Sc IT, B.tech or B.E. These are the degree courses and one can definitely opt depending on your interest and qualifying the admission procedure.

Designing is a big term and holds several other specializations to choose from like interior designing, fashion designing, jewelery design, footwear design but as you have posted this question under Animation, you can look for Web Design or Graphic design . A lot depends on your creative thinking ability, skills developed and innovative thinking.
